Service Agreement

This agreement is between Hudson Bar & Catering LLC ("Vendor") and Sarah Chen ("Client") for bar service on May 17, 2025 at Bridgeview Estate, Hudson NY.

The Vendor will provide premium open bar service for up to 80 guests for a duration of 5 hours, including beer, wine, signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Two bartenders will be on-site from 4:00 PM through 11:00 PM.
